ABOUT STRENGTH CLASSES

You can never have too much strength. It is important in everything we do on a daily basis.

Improved strength not only helps with everyday task, like bringing in the groceries, it also improves balance which can prevent falls.

Our classes are for ALL levels. The studio supplies the weights – starting with one-pound weights. Classes address all body parts and modifications are offered for all moves.

Plus, the classes are done to great motivating music so that you can have fun and not even notice (for the most part) the work that you are doing to help make your body better.
