ABOUT STRETCH CLASSES

Everyone can benefit from Stretch Classes. Stretch is the best way to ease tight, sore muscles and better prepares you for your next Strength or Cardio class.

Our classes are for ALL levels – you are not expected (or asked) to do a split. Classes cover the entire body, from the head and neck to the feet and toes.

By the end of class, you will feel like you have just had wonderful massage and be disappointed that class is over.
